Template — pending legal review
Placeholder terms supplied with the site build, not reviewed by a lawyer and not relied upon as written. Replace before launch.
1. Who we are
These terms govern your visit to Arcadium Jump & Climb and your use of arcadiumjumpnclimb.ca. By buying a ticket, entering the park, or booking an event, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not book.
2. Waivers are mandatory
Every person entering the park must have a valid signed waiver, whether or not they intend to jump. A waiver covers all of that person's future visits, and covers each named minor until they turn 18. A parent or legal guardian must sign for anyone under 18, and may sign only for their own children or wards. Admission is refused without one, and no refund is due in that case.
3. Admission and sessions
- Sessions start on the hour and the half hour, and run for the time purchased.
- Arriving late shortens your session; it does not push the end time back.
- Doors lock 45 minutes before closing. The last session is sold one hour before closing.
- Grip socks are mandatory for all jumpers and are sold separately.
- We may cap attendance at any time for safety, including turning away walk-ins.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude tax unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but a booking already paid for is honoured at the price you paid. Weekday deals are in-park purchases only and cannot be combined with each other, group rates, memberships or party packages.
5. Refunds and cancellations
- Admission: sales are final. Unused time is not refunded.
- Party deposits: non-refundable, but transfer once to a new date at no cost with at least 72 hours notice.
- Rescheduling a party: $75 with less than 72 hours notice; $125 within 24 hours or on the day.
- Guest counts: final numbers are due 48 hours ahead. You are billed for that count or actual attendance, whichever is higher.
- If we close: mechanical failure, weather, or any closure on our side entitles you to a full refund or a credit — your choice.
- Memberships: non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.
6. Conduct and removal
Court monitors may pause, redirect or end any session. We may remove any guest who ignores staff instructions, endangers themselves or others, is impaired, or behaves abusively toward staff or other guests. Removal on those grounds carries no refund. We reserve the right to refuse entry.
7. Alcohol
The lounge is licensed and serves guests of legal drinking age with valid ID. We do not serve anyone still wearing a jump band, and anyone who has been drinking will not be permitted back onto the park floor. Service is refused at staff discretion.
8. Personal property
Lockers are available and bags are not permitted on the deck. We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property anywhere on the premises, including in lockers. Lost property is held for 30 days.
9. Gift cards
Gift card balances do not expire and carry no maintenance fees. Gift cards are redeemable against admission, merchandise, memberships, cafe purchases and party deposits, but not against alcohol. They cannot be exchanged for cash except where provincial law requires it.
10. Photography
We photograph and film in the park for marketing. Consent is requested on the waiver and you may decline without affecting your admission. Tell any staff member if you would prefer not to appear and we will work around you.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your visit is limited to the amount you paid for that visit. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or your rights under applicable consumer-protection legislation.
12. Website
We try to keep prices, hours and availability accurate but do not warrant that everything on this site is error-free or current. Booking and payment may be handled by third-party providers under their own terms. Content on this site is our property and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day of your visit or booking.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province in which the park operates and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
