Questions

Frequently
asked

The dozen things people ask at the front desk most often. If yours is not here, call us — a human answers during opening hours.

Do I need to book ahead, or can I just show up?

Walk-ins are welcome any time we are open, but weekends and school holidays regularly sell out by mid-afternoon. Booking online guarantees your slot and gets you through the door faster, because your waiver is already on file.

Is this actually fun for adults, or is it a kids' place?

Roughly a third of our jumpers are over eighteen. We run Adult Open Gym on Wednesday mornings, After Dark on Friday and Saturday nights with a DJ and a licensed lounge, and a Thursday night adult dodgeball league. The Ninja Course records are almost all held by adults.

Do I have to buy the grip socks every time?

No. They are four dollars, they are yours, and they are reusable. Bring the same pair back for as many visits as they last. We just cannot let anyone on the trampolines without them — regular socks slip badly on the beds.

How often do I need to sign the waiver?

Once, and it covers your future visits — you do not need to sign again each time. For children it covers each named child until they turn eighteen. A parent or legal guardian signs for anyone under eighteen, and one guardian can add every one of their own children to a single form.

Can I drop my kids off and come back?

Not if they are under ten. A responsible adult, eighteen or older, needs to stay in the building for the whole session. Children under 46 inches need an adult within arm's reach on the park floor, not just in the seating area.

What should we wear?

Comfortable athletic clothing with no zippers, buckles, studs or anything sharp. Empty your pockets completely. Long hair tied back with a soft elastic, not a hard clip. Leave jewellery and watches in a locker.

What happens if we are late?

Your session runs on the clock you booked, so arriving late shortens your jump time rather than pushing it back. Get here fifteen minutes early — check-in, waiver verification and socks genuinely take that long on a busy Saturday.

Can we bring our own food for a birthday?

Cake and cupcakes, yes. Everything else comes from our kitchen — pizza, platters, coffee and a licensed bar after six. Sealed water bottles are fine anywhere in the building.

Is there somewhere to put our stuff?

Lockers are fifty cents and there are plenty of them. Bags, backpacks and purses are not allowed on the deck at all, so plan on using one.

Do you refund unused time or cancelled bookings?

Admission sales are final and unused time is not refunded. Party deposits are non-refundable but will transfer once to a new date at no charge with 72 hours notice. If we have to close the park, you get a full refund or a credit, your choice.

Are you accessible?

The building is single-storey, step-free throughout, with accessible washrooms and reserved seating along the court. Spectator passes for support workers are free. Call ahead and we will walk the space with you before you commit to a visit.

Can we book the whole park?

Yes, including Mondays when we are otherwise closed. Full buyouts run from twenty guests to three hundred, with catering, tournament formats and AV in the lounge. Email our events team and you will get a quote inside a business day.

Still stuck?

Ring the park during opening hours and you will get someone who is actually standing in it.

Gravity is a suggestion.

Sessions start on the hour and the half hour, seven days a week. Sign your waiver before you arrive and you walk straight past the queue.
