Safety

Park
rules

None of this is here to spoil the day. A room with forty-five trampolines and three hundred people in it only stays fun because everyone follows the same twelve rules.

Everyone signs a waiver

No exceptions, jumping or not, first visit or hundredth. A parent or legal guardian must sign for anyone under 18, in person or online beforehand.

Grip socks, always

Arcadium grip socks are mandatory on every trampoline surface. Bare feet, street socks and shoes are not permitted on the deck. Bring your pair back and reuse them.

Watch the safety briefing

Every guest watches the briefing in the lobby before their first jump of the day and reads the posted warnings. Court monitors will stop anyone who clearly has not.

Under 10s need an adult in the building

Children under 10 cannot be dropped off. A responsible adult 18 or older stays on site for the entire session. Under 46" needs an adult within arm's reach on the park floor.

One jumper per trampoline

One person per trampoline bed and one person at a time into the foam pit or onto the airbag. Double bouncing is how most injuries here happen.

Know your own limits

Flips and inversions are at your own risk and are not permitted in the Little Leapers Zone or on the Main Court during peak hours. If you cannot land it consistently, take it to the foam pit.

Nothing in your pockets, nothing on the deck

Empty your pockets before you step on. No phones, keys, wallets, jewellery, belts, lanyards or hard hair clips. Bags go in a locker, not against the wall.

Food and drink stay off the park floor

No outside food or drink beyond sealed water and birthday cake. Everything else is available from our kitchen. Eating and jumping do not mix.

Sit out if you shouldn't be on

Do not jump while pregnant, while injured, with a heart or back condition, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Our licensed bar does not serve anyone still wearing a jump band.

Court monitors have the final word

Our staff can pause, redirect or end any session on the spot. Guests who ignore a monitor are removed without a refund. It is not personal — it is the only way a room this size stays safe.

Your time starts when your session starts

Sessions begin on the hour and half hour. Arrive fifteen minutes early to check in, sign, and get socks on. Late arrival does not extend your session.

Leave it how you found it

Balls back in the bins, foam cubes back in the pit, cups in the bin. The park stays good because everyone in it does the small thing.

For parents and guardians

Supervision, plainly

Under 46"

An adult must be within arm's reach on the park floor at all times — not watching from the seating area.

Under 10

Cannot be dropped off. A responsible adult, 18 or older, stays in the building for the whole session.

Under 18

Needs a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. One guardian can cover all of their own children on one form.

Spectators are free-ish, and welcome

A non-jumping adult pass is $2 for an hour and gets you seating, wifi and the cafe. Support workers accompanying a guest with a disability are admitted free — just tell us at the desk.

Accessibility

Getting around

The building is single-storey and step-free throughout, with accessible washrooms and reserved seating along the court edge. If you would like to walk the space before committing to a visit, call us and we will book a quiet time to show you around.

Talk to us first

Gravity is a suggestion.

Sessions start on the hour and the half hour, seven days a week. Sign your waiver before you arrive and you walk straight past the queue.
